Lucifer’s Shadow now available in French

Lucifer’s Shadow, the standalone book that also meshes in with the fourth Nic Costa novel, The Lizard’s Bite, is now available in French through my publisher in Paris, Cherche-Midi. The cover copy for L’Héritage vénitien runs…

Now out in Thailand…

It’s difficult to keep up with foreign language translations - there are a lot, and they are always out of sync with UK and US because of the way publishing works. But I’m delighted to say I’m now out in Thai through Nanmee Books, one of Thailand’s principal publishers, who have just produced the first in the Costa series, A Season for the Dead.

Looks very nice too… can’t wait for an excuse to make my way back to Bangkok.

A review in Japanese

You have to love Google. They keep on adding all these buttons to the Firefox toolbar it’s impossible to stop yourself clicking them to see what happens. One of them just popped up the fact that someone in Japan has written about A Season for the Dead, which came out there last year through Random House Kodansha.

I don’t read Japanese, though I dearly wish I did, and at one point I was seriously thinking about setting the series that became the Nic Costa books in Japan (which is another story).
So what does this blog post say? Here is the Google Translate button rendition….
